Oxford University Investigating Options Day

On 19^th November, a group of ten Year 11 students went to Oxford to find out about one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the world.  They were given a tour of Jesus College and took part in some lectures from academics working at the university.  Some students chose to have talks on arts and humanities, whereas others preferred to learn about scientific subjects.  Admissions tutors and present undergraduates discussed the application procedure with the students, and gave them plenty of helpful advice for when they come to apply for university.  The students asked some fantastically insightful questions and were a credit to the school throughout the day.  A special thank you must go to Mr Soneji for accompanying us on this most beneficial trip.
